Chkaveri Rose

Chkhaveri is an endemic Gurian variety that can be produced in a amber, rosé, and red style.

This is a rosé Chkhaveri that was harvested in November and was aged on the skins for 20-30 days, producing a darker, fuller rosé. Part of this wine is sourced from a single vine tree that is over 100 years old. 800 bottles produced.
