Orgo Saperavi

This wine is made from 80 year old vines. The wine is fermented and aged in Qvevri (Large clay jars).

Gogi and Temuri Dakishvili source the grapes from Kurdgelauri and Tsinandali villages in the Telavi district, on the right bank of the Alazani River.

It's style is robust, yet smooth with more refined tannin structure. Approximately 10,000 bottles of Saperavi are produced yearly. It is a one of a kind old vine Saperavi.
