Maceration: None - Free Run Juice
    Fermentation: Stainless Steel

  • •Rare Saperavi Rosé

Rosé is still rare in Georgia mostly because Saperavi, the dominant red variety, is a teinturier grape, meaning having both red skin and red flesh.

The resulting juice is typically very dark, so to make this wine they take extra special care to use a bladder press at very low pressure to extract the free-run juice.

The wine is then fermented and stabilized in stainless steel before bottling.
