With an altitude of 181 m above the sea level , the climate is rather warm with an average temperature of 8-10 °C.. The average monthly temperature in January is -1 to -3 °C. Number of summer days with a temperature of 25 °C and higher exceeds 60 days.

We offer selected wines from Limbach under unified brand called Limba. It is our goal to work with premium Slovakian winemakers in Limbach and pool our resource to help promote the region in the US.

The 2015 Orgo Saperavi represents the power of Saperavi balanced with finesse. This wine is made from 80 year old vines. The wine is fermented and aged in Qvevri (Large clay jars). Temuri Dakishvili sources the grapes from Kurdgelauri and Tsinandali villages in the Telavi district, on the right bank of the Alazani River. 2015 is Orgo's fourth vintage and it's style given the great whether is a fun contrast from the previous vintage which was a bit lighter and fresh. Approximately 10,000 bottles of the 2015 Saperavi were produce. It is a one of a kind powerful old vine Saperavi.

Orgo Saperavi 2014 is the latest vintage from this small artisan winery in Kakheti producing natural and unfiltered wines fermented and aged in Qvevri (large clay jars buried underground.) Orgo sources all grapes from older vines (in 2014 approx 50 Years) with low 1.5 kg yield per vine tree. The 2014 Orgo Saperavi (sah-pear-ah-vee) is a food driven red that despite it's young age is drinking fantastically. The 2014 Saperavi in general is softer compared to the raw power exhibited in the 2013 vintage. This is Saperavi in one of its best incarnations. Approx. 5,000 bottles produced.

A singularly unique Saperavi from Soliko Tsaishvili's biodynamically farmed Akhoebi vineyards. Soliko Tsaishvili started making wine as a hobby 30 years ago. He now farms 13.5 acres in Kakheti under biodynamics, some vineyards reaching 50 years old. Everything is does by hand by Soliko and his family. He destems the grapes and then presses into the traditional Georgian clay winemaking vessel called Qvevri. After a spontaneous fermentation, the wine remains in the qvevri for about six months.

100% Saperavi (pronounced saw-pear-ah-vee) grapes this wine is made in the 8,000 year old style in large clay jars called qvevri. Following open air fermentation and maceration the wine is racked into a new qvevri, sealed air-tight and aged for six months and then bottled. Some previous vintages saw some oak barrell aging but this vintage sees no oak.

Teliani Valley Mukuzani (pronounced moo-koi-zah-nee) is 100% Saperavi (pronounced saw-pear-ah-vee) grapes sourced from the PDO (Protected District of Origin) Mukuzani in the Kakheti appellation.
